ISF was initiated by the City of Frankfurt, the State of Hesse, the Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and the international business community in the Rhein-Main-Region. International corporations and parents are our partners. The initiators' group chose unique organisational and financial models for the school - a GmbH & Co. KG (limited shareholders company) that is a usual German legal corporation. There are tax advantages in these unique models for both joining companies and parents.
