Dress Code

The beginning of the 2010-11 academic year saw the introduction of one mandatory item of school dress code for all of Grades 1-6, to be worn during the normal school day. This is the ISF polo shirt. This shirt is offered in a choice of three colours and is available with the logo, for a much reduced price of €20 per shirt. Of course, pupils in other grades other than G1-6 may choose to wear our new ISF shirt and we expect that many will do so. In 2011-12 the school shirt will be introduced as a mandatory item into G7 and then into further grades, one per year, in each of the coming years.

Orders can be made by use of the Order Form using the simplified sizing chart which can be emailed or posted to Lands' End (see form for details). Alternatively, parents may wish to order directly via the Lands' End website on the page dedicated to ISF.  This instructional page may be accessed in German or in English by using the language option on the top right-hand corner of the page; however, the online ordering process is in German.

We will also accept shirts provided by other suppliers as long as they are in the same colours and style as the Lands' End shirt and do not bear any manufacturers' logos.

School Mandatory Dress Code:

• The polo shirt is mandatory for all students 1-6 for everyday wear.
• The shirt may be purchased in navy blue, burgundy or white.
• Students are strongly encouraged to purchase any other desired items from the suggested range for the normal school day. These items can be purchased with or without logos.

Mandatory Sports Dress code:

• This must be purchased for all students for PE lessons.
• Consists of a polo shirt, with the ISF logo, and shorts/pants from the offered range.
• Students may also wear their ISF Sportverein uniform to PE, as an alternative.
• Students may select other items from the range if they wish, but this is not mandatory.
