The philosophy of the ISF Internationale Schule Frankfurt-Rhein-Main extracurricular sports program states that it meant to foster self-esteem, develop skills, and provide opportunities for personal and social growth.

With the foundation of "Sportverein (SV) ISF Sindlingen" in 1999, the school's sports philosophy was integrated into the sport programs of the Rhein-Main area, as well in addition to its participation in international competitions such as GISST (German International School Sports Tournament) in our host country.

Competitive sports in Germany are organized in sport clubs rather than by individual schools as in some other countries. The Sportverein ISF Sindlingen is member of the German Federation of Sports (Landessportbund Hessen, Deutscher Sportbund) and competes in the leagues of the Rhein-Main area.

Being a member of a "SV ISF Sindlingen" team asks of its members a high degree of commitment as students learn about teamwork, responsibility and reliability. Every member of our team is committed to giving his/her best while enjoying sports.

Members have a choice of the following sports: Basketball, Gymnastics, Soccer, Swimming, Tennis, Track and Field and Volleyball.

On Sundays from 11:00 to 15:00 the SV ISF Sindlingen offers a non-competitive, family-swimming group for family members and a lifetime runners group for both adults and children.
